Usually the galley and food preparation are tasks for the crew, but very often it happens that not everyone is well prepared for the preparation of food using ready-made or canned dishes ...
On board Margarita, it is a task that I gladly do with pleasure and passion, as long as the guests agree. A past in tourist hospitality and catering leads me to optimize times and raw materials for the shopping and preparation of food of all kinds, especially healthy and cooked with passion. And when there are those on board who want to take care of the preparation of local specialties or special dishes, the kitchen is always open.
